Not all After Party Food experiences are created equal...

You never know what you’re going to get when hiring late-night food vendors. It’s usually an event company that isn’t incentivized or focused on delivering a great after party food experience.

Issues with typical event companies doing late-night food:

  1. Cleanliness: Do they clean food containers, serving utensils and food stations before and after every event? Do they require servers to wear hair restraints? Are food serving supplies stored where rodents can get to them? Sadly, this happens every day. Yuck.

  2. Food Handling: Do they use heat lamps AND hot plates under the food to keep it warm from top AND bottom? Do they have specific food handling policies for each item to transport with utmost care or let the steam make everything soggy? You’re only as good as your equipment and business policies allow.

  3. One-Stop-Shop: They do everything(DJ, MC, Photo Booth, Dancers, Equipment rental, etc) but nothing well. They are busy putting out fires in 6 different events and the late-night food suffers. You may not be a priority.

  4. Poor Timing: Did the servers get an early start time and say they are going to serve during dinner? Your food sits for longer and the quality goes down. Late-night food logistics and communication aren’t easy.

  5. Inexperienced Labor: Were servers specifically trained to manage late-night food logistical challenges, equipment failure, restaurant issues, etc? Maintaining a great late-night food experience despite Murphy’s Law may not be their top priority.

  6. Food Trucks: Overpriced because of automobile overhead gets passed onto you. The gas generator sound, it’s smell, and having to go outside doesn’t keep the party going. Let’s be honest.

That’s why After Party Food is a completely different experience. We’ve actually worked in the industry and seen what happens behind the scenes and addressed issues clients may or may not know about. We are the only company that exclusively serves late-night food so our reputation depends on it.

Don’t settle for less so you can keep the party going!
